By booking a session or purchasing through this site, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking or order, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. All sales are final.

• Delivery: Photos are delivered through an online gallery within 1 week. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

• Usage: You’ll receive a license (personal or commercial) that explains how you can use your photos. Copyright always remains with the photographer, Stephanie Lin | Mapped by Steph.

• Travel & Extras: Travel within my service area is included. Events outside this area may include a travel fee. Additional coverage beyond the booked time is billed at the current hourly rate.

• Cancellations: Because photography is a time-based service, payments are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with advance notice, subject to availability.
